Please understand that online and phone consultations are not a replacement for in-person care with a licensed physician. By scheduling an online consultation you agree that are not entering into a doctor-patient relationship, nor should the information provided be viewed as a diagnosis or treatment for any condition. When scheduling an online consultation, you will be prompted to set-up a telemedicine account through the online portal. You will receive an email 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with detailed instructions on how to connect with Dr. Dunlap via your chosen HIPAA compliant platform.

 
 

 
 

PRIVACY

Online consultations can involve electronic communication of your medical information to a consultant who may be located in another state or country. We take precautions to ensure your privacy, and utilize HIPAA-compliant technology. However, please understand that whenever information is shared online there is a slight risk of compromised security. We will alert you if we become aware of any security breach. Please also note that recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.

 
 

 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payment is collected at the time of scheduling. After making your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that you can use to cancel or reschedule your appointment at your convenience. A reminder email is sent 48 hours prior to your visit. You will have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment, after which, refunds will not be available.
